Les eurodéputés viennent de se prononcer par 478 voix contre 39 en faveur du rejet du très controversé texte de loi anti-contrefaçon.

 

C'est fini, ou presque (car comme nous vous l'indiquions il y a quelques jours, le commissaire européen Karel de Gucht compte ignorer purement et simplement le rejet du texte). Le traité ACTA est, après plusieurs mois de débats intensifs, bel et bien mort et enterré. Ce matin, les députés européens étaient réunis dans le cadre d'une séance plénière au cours de laquelle ils avaient à voter pour ou contre l'accord anti contrefaçon.

Begleitet von heftigen Protesten hat die Europäische Union am Donnerstag einen internationalen Pakt gegen Produktpiraterie unterzeichnet.

 

Das Handelsabkommen zur Abwehr von Fälschungen (ACTA, Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) wurde am Donnerstag in Tokio von Vertretern der EU und von 22 der 27 Mitgliedsstaaten signiert, wie das japanische Außenministerium mitteilte.

Le site du Parlement Européen vient d’être hacké par les Anonymous, nous a-t-on confirmé de source officielle.

 

Le site Internet de l’organisation internationale a été temporairement indisponible avant d’être rapidement remis en ligne.

 

L’attaque aurait un rapport direct avec le projet de loi internationale ACTA, remis au centre des négociations après l’échec de SOPA.
